Young Guns Give 76ers First Playoff Win in 5 Years

The young guns of the east were able to capture a win in game 1 over the Heat to give the Philadelphia 76ers their first playoff win in five years.

The game was very tight through the first half, but with the help of some second-half adjustments, the 76ers were able to limit the Heat to just 18 points in the third quarter and 25 in the fourth. The 76ers scored 34 in the third and 40 in the fourth.

Ben Simmons led the way for the 76ers with 17 points, 14 assist, and nine rebounds. He was able to help his team move the ball around fluently and get his teammates involved. One of the most impressive parts of this win is the fact that the 76ers were without Joel Embid.
