Way-too-early top 25

These are the first pre-season rankings going into the 2017 College Football season.
By these rankings, my first top four are the schools I believe are most likely in the 2017 College Football playoffs at the end of the season. These four teams have the most talent in their starters from the previous season.

The match ups of the playoffs will be #1 Ohio State v.s #4 USC and #2 Alabama v.s #3 Florida State. Again, this is my first rough analysis and prediction for the 2017 College Football season, so there will be more to come.

    6. Clemson Tigers – (14-1; 8-1 in 2016)
    7. Oklahoma Sooners – (11-2; 8-0 in 2016)
    8. Georgia Bulldogs – (8-5; 4-4 in 2016)
    9. Wisconsin Badgers – (11-3; 7-2 in 2016)
    10. Washington Huskies – (12-2; 8-1 in 2016)
    11. Oklahoma State Cowboys – (10-3; 7-2 in 2016)
    12. Auburn Tigers – (8-5; 5-3 in 2016)
